OnlyPaints™ — SALES, EXCHANGE & GARMENT CARE POLICY
All sales are final, and refunds are not offered. We understand that mistakes happen, so exchanges may be considered for legitimate reasons, including accidentally ordering the wrong size, receiving a damaged or defective item, or receiving an item different from the one originally ordered.
All exchange requests are subject to review and approval. Items exchanged due to sizing errors must be unused and in their original condition. Items received damaged or defective will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Proof of purchase and photos may be required. Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders carefully before completing their purchase. Exchanges are not guaranteed, and OnlyPaints™ reserves the right to review each request individually.
To maintain the best quality and extend the life of your garment, we recommend washing all attire inside out in cold water with like colors, following the garment’s care label.
Over time, natural wear and repeated washing may cause some fading. Proper care can help preserve your garment’s color, print, and overall quality for as long as possible.
Failure to follow these care instructions may affect the longevity and appearance of your garment. OnlyPaints™ is not responsible for premature wear, fading, or damage resulting from improper washing or care. Manufacturing defects and other issues covered by applicable consumer protection laws will be handled accordingly.
Take care of your drip, and your drip will take care of you.
Thank you for supporting OnlyPaints™. We appreciate every purchase and want you to enjoy your pieces for as long as possible.
